  1. Processing Time: Most of our items are made-to-order, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days, while Canadian orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

  7. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for more information.

  8. Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the damaged item(s). We will file an insurance claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

  9. We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.
