If I uploaded an image for a customized product, I confirm that I am the rightful owner of the image I am uploading or have obtained legal permission to use and reproduce it. I understand that any unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited and could result in legal action. It is my responsibility to ensure that I have the rights to use the image I am uploading. By uploading the image, I agree to hold Pierre360 LLC harmless for any copyright infringement caused by my images.
The fabric covers are intended for use with a sphere of my choice. I understand that using the fabric product with light globes or bulbs could result in a safety hazard. It is my responsibility to use the product responsibly and in accordance with all applicable safety guidelines. While the fabric covers can cover a basketball or a soccer ball, they are intended for display only and are not a toy. I understand the fabric covers may include a plastic stopper and an elastic that could injure someone if the product is used other than for simply displaying the image.
I acknowledge that no safety testing was conducting on the product, and it is ultimately up to me to use the product responsibly and in accordance with all applicable safety guidelines. I assume all liability for any damages or injuries that may result from the use of the product. By purchasing the product, I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this disclaimer and warning. It is my responsibility to follow the rules, warnings and terms and conditions as set by the manufacturer of the sphere I choose to wrap with a fabric cover.
